Richard Kassab
In 2007, Richard Kassab became a vital part of 109 Architectes’ design team. The firm relies on his opinions, which are frequently voiced and highly trusted.

Richard graduated with a DES in Architecture from Université Saint-Esprit Kaslik, and later held positions at Shobily Group, Imad Gemayel Architect, and Cabinet D’Architect Madcour. In those roles, he gained experience that was necessary for directing elements of notable projects like Le Plan du Lion Residential Complex. His contributions to concept, design, and execution were essential to the firm’s award-winning Piscine Olympique in Algeria and Achrafieh 442 in Lebanon.

Inspired by legendary musicians, Richard has traveled from New York to Barcelona to Berlin in search of the world’s best jazz lounges.
