Project Description:
In a new development south of Dubai, an elegant shape and semi-transparent material give this 4-star hotel an ethereal appearance when set against the vast desert.

Random openings allowed by a customized skin create an irregular appearance, particularly in the absence of balconies. Divided into two separate zones, the 180-room building is laid out in a donut-shaped floor plan with single-loaded corridors overlooking an internal void. Green lobbies bind clusters of floors that open above them; overflowing with vegetation, they provide a flourishing retreat in barren land. Lower floors are dedicated to standard guest rooms, while executive rooms comprise the upper levels.  A rooftop wellness center and infinity pool heighten the luxury experience. The double skin protects against harsh desert elements and allows greenery to thrive.
