Project Description:
Rather than struggle against them, this residential building embraces the geometric and geographic complexities of the site. A contextual approach induces a stone-clad scheme of apartments sliced at varying angles dictated by the land, and a penthouse architecturally divergent from the lower house – a figurative cherry on top. The resulting irregularities in the volume are emphasized with material variations like stone, concrete and a colored finish.
